Package arrived much sooner than expected in a mailer bag. No other funky smells just smelled new was in perfect condition and it zipped up quickly and easily. Put straps through and it was ready in less than a minute no instructions needed. My cat is on the smaller side but very chonky so we’ll see how long it holds up his butt. So far so good.
