Forgot to take picture in the package. Was nicely packed easy to unwrapped takes 3 to 4 hours to get to its maximum size. So far so good. One day late they gave me a coupon. It arrived in a timely manner late was due to my local Service. Did not need to communicate with store.

I ordered 2x pet beds to my surprise they came vacuum packed once i adjusted them to make them fit the cover and as per instructions let them air off…. wow!
We love them (me and my dogs! They are soft, comfy (yes, i sit/lay with my pooches) and they’re washable too! Also the size i ordered is perfect for their canopy bed
