I received my order yesterday & after examining everything that came, this item is as described. I got this to put on my dogs coller, so i popped one to make it lite up & it worked flawlessly. & when i woke up this morning it was still really bright. I don’t know how well it can stay in place when clipped to a fishing poll. But i like it & give it two thumbs up.
